    • A thorough review of your child's intake form, including birth story, nutrition, physical activities, parents' emotional and mental well-being, a log of the child's sleep schedule, and more.

    • Based on this review, the sleep coach may refer the parents to seek other health practitioners if they believe underlying medical conditions affect their child's sleep.

    • Together, we will create a comprehensive, personalized sleep plan that best suits your family's unique needs and values.

    • The strategies and solutions offered are based on responsive parenting practices.

    • Provide clear and practical insights into age-appropriate sleep expectations.

    • Help you understand your role as a parent and its influence on your baby's sleep patterns.

    • Encourage responsive parenting by respectfully recognizing and responding to your child's cues, fostering trust.

    • Guide you in creating a secure sleep environment for your baby.

    • Highlight the emotional effort involved in supporting healthy sleep, identify factors causing sleep disruptions, and explain the mechanics of sleep.

    • Equip you with tools to promote better sleep for your baby and empower you to manage factors affecting sleep, including your behaviour, nutrition, environment, routines, time, and support network.

  • • This depends on the severity of the child's sleep challenges and the family's goals.

    • For babies under 12 months, an Hourly Consultation may be sufficient. However, if the parents need more guidance and accountability support to implement their sleep plan, Full Sleep Support will be incredibly helpful.

    • A free virtual 15-minute Discovery Call is available to help you determine which services suit your needs best.
